º Ambien est un somnifère, utilisé en toute logique contre l'insomnie.
Si Sia le cite dans la chanson, cela semble s'expliquer par le fait qu'une étude de la FDA a indiqué un possible accroissement des idées suicidaires chez les patients qui en prenaient.
Note : la chanson était initialement écrite pour Adèle et en partie par elle, mais étant rejetée au final par cette dernière, Sia a choisi de conserver la chanson pour son prochain album « This Is Acting », dont elle a annoncé que certaines chansons seraient dans le même cas, à savoir des chansons écrites pour d'autres.
Elle les interprète donc en sachant pour qui elles étaient écrite, elle voit ça comme une forme de comédie théâtrale.
